1. Save what you want to keep
Before deleting anything, export the available records you want to keep from Me → Data & Security. Local journey records and server account data are separate.
2. Delete your account in the app
Sign in, open Me → Data & Security → Delete Account and confirm. In some versions the option is also shown under the account settings. This requests deletion of your account and associated server-side data. If the request fails, it has not been completed: retry or contact support.
3. Clear separate local records
Use the local data and journey management controls in Data & Security to remove device-local records you no longer want. Deleting only a server account should not be assumed to remove every local record. Deletion cannot be undone.
4. Manage your Apple subscription separately
Account deletion does not cancel billing. Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions to cancel. Apple may retain purchase records under its own policies, and records subject to legal retention may remain as explained in our privacy policy.
