Optional app analytics
In the app, open My Self → Settings → Data & Security and turn off Share usage analytics if you prefer. This controls optional usage collection; it does not disable necessary account, security or purchase processing.
Ad measurement and tracking
Step to Self asks once for Apple’s tracking permission. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, nothing is sent to Meta. You can also turn off Ad measurement in My Self → Settings → Data & Security, or change the permission in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Connected calendars and notifications
Disconnect connected calendar accounts in the app. Revoke calendar or notification permissions in iPhone Settings. Turning off a permission does not automatically erase data already processed; contact us or use data deletion controls where appropriate.
