Monthly or yearly
Choose a monthly or yearly subscription in the app. The purchase confirmation shows the total price in your storefront currency and the billing period. Prices and availability can vary by region. Only the App Store purchase sheet confirms your offer.
Automatic renewal and cancellation
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. A subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Access normally continues until the paid period ends.
Restore purchases and refunds
Use Restore Purchases in the app while signed into the Apple Account used for the purchase. For a refund request, use Apple’s Report a Problem service. Apple evaluates eligibility; Step to Self cannot approve an Apple refund or cancel your subscription for you.
